[1]The Respondent’s name is amended by consent to Mullaco Limited.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal under Section 98(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[3]The claims of detriment and unfair dismissal on the ground of/by reason of a public interest disclosure are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[4]The claims of disability discrimination fail and are dismissed.[5]The claim for damages for breach of contract fails and is dismissed.
