[1]The Claimant’s complaint of a failure to pay a full redundancy payment is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £ 3909.19 less the sum of £1809.47 already paid, producing a balance payable by the Respondent to the Claimant of £2099.72[2]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract (notice pay) is well-founded and the Respondent is prepared to pay the claimant the sum of £2606.13 .[3]The Claimant’s complaint of non-payment of holiday pay is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £946.89
