JUDGMENT
[1]The correct of the Claimant is amended to Mrs SA Voicu.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages is well founded and succeeds.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,403.85 (gross).[4]The Respondent shall be responsible for deducting any deductions at source in relation to employees’ national insurance contributions and income tax and for account to HMRC for such sums as required by law.[5]The Claimant’s claim relating to pension loss is not well founded and is dismissed.
