[1]The Tribunal made a Judgment under Rule 21 for unpaid wages and notice pay. The Claimant then confirmed that £2,148.98 had in fact been paid by the Respondent in respect of those matters before the Judgment was made. The Tribunal considers it necessary in the interests of justice to reduce the amount of the Judgment to reflect that payment. The Claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s invitation to submit comments on the Tribunal’s proposal to make this variation. Employment Judge Cox Date: 30 July 2019
