JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £532.00 in respect on one week’s notice pay.[2]The claimant’s claim for unauthorized deductions in respect of nine days unpaid holiday succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £957.60.[3]Pursuant to section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £154.61 in compensation for financial loss sustained by the claimant attributable to the unauthorized deductions from wages claim.[4]Pursuant to rules 76(1)(a) &(b) and rule 79 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £495 in respect of the claimant’s preparation time.
