JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the Second, Third and Fourth Respondents are struck out because they were not the Claimant’s employer. The Tribunal only has jurisdiction to deal with complaints of unfair dismissal and for outstanding wages and holiday pay brought against the Claimant’s employer.[2]The Claimant’s complaints against the First Respondent of unfair dismissal, and for outstanding wages and holiday pay were not presented within the Tribunal time limits. It was reasonably practicable to do so. Therefore, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to deal with the claims and they are dismissed.
