Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondents have made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and are ordered to pay the claimant the amount of the deductions in the sum of £1,566.43 gross. 2. .The claimant is entitled to be paid by the respondents a statutory redundancy payment of £10,385.00.[3]The respondents are ordered to pay the claimant damages for breach of contract in respect of her notice period in the sum of £3,056.87.[4]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed on withdrawal.[5]The hearing listed on 2 October 2017 is cancelled.
