Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondents have made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and are ordered to pay the claimant the amount of the deductions in the sum of £1,610.00 gross. 2. .The claimant is entitled to be paid by the respondents a statutory redundancy payment of £4,448.50.[3]The respondents are ordered to pay the claimant damages for breach of contract in respect of her notice period in the sum of £4,270.50.[4]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed on withdrawal.[5]The hearing listed on 2 October 2017 is cancelled.
