[1]By a Case Management Order dated 2 November 2021 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations, or to request a hearing at which he could make them, on the Tribunal’s proposal to strike out his claim because it has not been actively pursued. The Claimant failed to attend preliminary hearings on 10 May 2021 and 2 November 2021 and failed to write to the Tribunal as required by the Case Management Orders sent to the parties on 19 May 2021.[2]The Claimant has not responded to this warning that his claim might be struck out. The claim is therefore struck out because it has not been actively pursued
