JUDGMENT

[1]It is declared that the Claimant was dismissed from his employment with the Respondent by reason of redundancy.[2]The claim to a statutory redundancy payment is well founded and succeeds.[3]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages is well founded and succeeds.[4]The claim for breach of contract relative to non-payment of notice pay is well founded and succeeds.[5]The claim under the Working Time Regulations 1998 in respect of accrued and unpaid holiday pay is well founded and succeeds.[6]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant by way of compensation the following net sums: Case No: 1800874/20196.1 Statutory Redundancy Payment: £6,040.12;6.2 Notice pay (12 weeks) £4140.80;6.3 Arrears of pay (1 week) £345.15; and6.4 Accrued holiday pay £345.15 Total £10,871.22[7]It is recorded that the Employment Protection (Jobseeker’s Allowance etc) Regulations 1996 do not apply to any part of this award.
