JUDGMENT
[1]Having considered the written documentation provided by the Claimant, including a copy of the contract, and hearing evidence from him under oath, and upon the Tribunal having received confirmation that the liquidators do not intend to defend the claim, the judgment of the Tribunal is that the complaint of breach of contract is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £7,666.64 (gross). The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax and national insurance.
