Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £1,256.99.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £545.88.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a further £109.10 under Section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 to compensate her for financial loss sustained as a result of the unauthorised deductions from her wages.
