Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claim was issued in the Leeds Employment Tribunals on 01 February 2024.The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[1]I am content pursuant to Rule 91 that the claim has in fact come to the attention of the respondent company because it was served to its operating address.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages for the months of September 2023 & October 2023.The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross amount of £213.47.[3]The hearing listed on 28 June 2024 is cancelled.
