JUDGMENT
All the claims made by the claimant are dismissed.REASONS
[1]At 8.50am on the day of the hearing the claimant sent an email to the Tribunal stating, amongst other things, that her claim was now being dealt with by the Insolvency Service and that she was waiting to hear from them regarding the next steps. She asked if this hearing could be put on hold until she heard back.[2]The hearing was due to start at 10.00am but the claimant chose not to appear. The clerk telephoned the claimant who did not pick up the call. The clerk left a message regarding the hearing. The clerk also sent an email to the claimant. The clerk further telephoned the claimant without success.[3]At 10.22am the Tribunal sent a letter by email to the claimant to refuse the claimant’s application to postpone the hearing, which was re-timed for 10.45am. Case Number: 1800839/2023[4]At the same time the claimant sent an email to the Tribunal stating, amongst other things, that the case was now going through RPS.[5]At 10.23am the claimant sent an email stating that the hearing was not required anymore.[6]In the light of the claimant’s email timed at 10.23am the Tribunal dismissed the claims of the claimant.
