Case No 1800834/2022
Mr S PriestleyClaimant3 Phase Electrical Engineering (In Compulsory Liquidation)Respondent
Employment Judge JM WadeDate 17 July 2023

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 9 August 2022, the claimant was informed of the need to apply to court for permission for the proceedings to continue. He has not provided a copy of that permission.[2]By a letter dated 27 February 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  it has not been actively pursued.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
