The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 4 May 2023 the Tribunal sent the claimant an order dated 27 April 2023 which gave the claimant the opportunity to make representations by 15 May 2023 as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because the claimant had less than two years service.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. On the information before the tribunal, there is no argument from the claimant that any of the specific circumstances which allow claimants to bring a claim with less than two years service apply. The tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claim and it has no reasonable prospects of success.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remain listed for a preliminary hearing on 16 June 2023.
