JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint in respect of a failure to pay him his full wages for 29 August 2018 was brought outside the applicable time limit in circumstances where the Tribunal could not consider it to have been not reasonably practicable for the claim to have been submitted in time. The claim is dismissed, the tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions in respect of the Respondent’s recoupment of an insurance excess fails and is dismissed.
