Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £272.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £544.00. (2 x 272.00)[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £627.56. (2 x 313.78)[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £544.00. (2 x 272)[5]The claimant’s unfair dismissal complaint is well founded and I award £250.00 by way of compensatory award uplifted by two weeks’ pay to £794.00 for the respondent’s failure to provide a written statement of employment particulars.[6]I make no basic award because the claimant is entitled to a Redundancy Payment (Section 122 (4)). .
