JUDGMENT

[1]The claims for holiday pay and notice pay are struck out because they were presented out of time and the Tribunal is not satisfied it was not reasonably practicable to present them in time.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £4,550.50, [being 46 years of age at the date of termination, having worked for 7 continuous years for the respondent and being paid in excess of the statutory amount of £479]. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £4,550.50 in compensation for the redundancy payment.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the Tribunal fee of £390.
