JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal declares that Miss Yusuf’s claims for unauthorised deductions from wages succeed. Miss Yusuf is awarded the following amounts (gross):1.1 £472.57 relating to unpaid expenses; and1.2 £2463 relating to thirteen days’ accrued holiday pay.[2]Miss Yusuf’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay and bonus payment) succeeds. She is awarded:2.1 £12,315 pay in lieu of 3 months’ notice (inclusive of her car allowance for her notice period); and2.2 £675 in relation to her accrued bonus. NOTES[3]The Tribunal has issued a separate judgment in respect of the complaint of the claimants that the respondent failed to comply with the requirements of s188 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.[4]I have considered the information and documents provided by the claimant by email to the Tribunal in reaching the Judgment set out above, together with the documentary and oral evidence provided by the other claimants to the multiple claim of Mrs Gunning & Others against the respondent. That evidence included the spreadsheet of bonuses accrued (page 71 of the hearing file for the hearing held on 16 November 2019). 1 of 2 Case Number:1800773/20 Useful information[5]The reasons for this judgment were given to the parties orally during this hearing.
