[1]By a letter dated 12 November 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued. This followed the Tribunal’s order dated 16 April 2019.[2]The claimant has not made representations as to why this should not be done. He has not taken any action to obtain the administrators’ consent to pursue the claim since April 2019. The claim is not being actively pursued and it is not in the interests of justice to keep it in abeyance. The claim is therefore struck out.
