JUDGMENT
[1]In accordance with the provisions of Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the complaint of an unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and in accordance with Section 24 of the Act the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant forthwith the amount so deducted being £3034.88 calculated net.[2]In accordance with the provisions of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 the complaint for the recovery of damages for breach of contract (expenses) succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £79.90.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[4]The Hearing listed for 12 July 2017 is vacated.
