[1]The claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal (incorrect notice payment) is conceded by the respondent and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £148.22 gross.[2]The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract (shortfall on employer’s pension contributions) is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £5.93 gross.[3]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is withdrawn by the claimant and is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claim that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages is not well founded and fails. The claim is dismissed.[5]The respondent shall pay to the claimant £23.12, being an uplift of 15% on damages and compensation for failure to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures.
