[1]It is declared that the claim for a protective award is well founded.

[2]A protective award is made in favour of all claimants named in the schedule who were dismissed as redundant by the respondent and in respect of whom the respondent failed to comply with the requirements of sections 188 and 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
