JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of sex discrimination which was withdrawn at the preliminary hearing on 10 April 2019 is hereby formally dismissed.[2]Neither claimant was constructively dismissed and accordingly their complaints of unfair dismissal fail.[3]The complaints of unauthorised deduction from wages were presented to the Tribunal out of the time permitted in circumstances where it was reasonably Case No: 1800673/2019 1800674/2019 practicable for them to have been presented in time. Accordingly the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to entertain those complaints which are therefore dismissed.
