JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, the respondent shall pay to the claimant damages for wrongful dismissal (the respondent having dismissed the claimant on 13 October 2020 without notice) in the sum of £629.30.[2]The claimant was dismissed by the respondent by reason of redundancy. The respondent has a liability to make a statutory redundancy payment to the claimant. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £629.30 being the balance of the statutory redundancy payment due to him. Case No: 1800641/2020 (A)[3]The sum of £1,258.60 payable pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Judgment shall be paid on or before 28 August 2020.
