Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent’s having failed to lodge a Response within the prescribed time limits pursuant to Rule 21 of the Tribunals Rules of Procedure it is adjudged that:[1]The complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded.[2]The Respondents shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £3115.09.[3]The Respondent’s shall, in addition, refund to the Claimant the Tribunal fees paid by him in the sum of £160.00.[4]The hearing currently listed for the 21 June 2017 is vacated.
