JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of unlawful deductions from wages are withdrawn.[2]The Claimant was fairly dismissed.[3]The Claimant was disabled from 12th February 2016.[4]The complaints of harassment on the grounds of disability and of direct discrimination from before that date can not and do not succeed, and in any event are out of time where it would not be just and equitable to extend the time for presentation.[5]The complaints of disability discrimination after that date, whether direct, indirect, related to disability or of a failure to make reasonable adjustments, do not succeed.[6]The complaint of harassment on the grounds of sexual orientation does not succeed, and in any event is out of time where it would not be just and equitable to extend the time for presentation.[7]The claim is dismissed. Note. Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
