JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of harassment succeed only in respect of the complaints about the comments of Sean Driscoll on 24th December 2016 and the graffiti in the toilets.[2]All other claims are dismissed.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation for injury to feelings in the sum of £6,000.00 together with interest at 8 per cent per annum from 24th December 2016 to date in the sum of £578.63 Note Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
