Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £1700.00.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £11,100.00 (in lieu of 3 months net notice pay).[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay costs to the Claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the Claimant in these proceedings.[4]The hearing listed on 1 June 2017 is cancelled.
