JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s former employer, and so the correct sole respondent in this claim, is Anoesis Limited.[2]Accordingly, Mr J Atkins and Mr T Day (in his personal capacity) are discharged from these proceedings.[3]The third respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages because there was an underpayment of £303.[4]In breach of its obligations under the Employment Rights Act 1996 section 1 and by virtue of the Employment Act 2002 section 38 a higher award is made to the claimant payable by the third respondent in the amount of £240. Case Number: 1800517/2019[5]Accordingly, the total award is £543 and that is payable by the third respondent to the claimant forthwith.
