JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant has continuity of employment with the respondent, by reason of a series of transfers pursuant to the Transfers of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, from 1 January 1995.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3268.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant damages in respect of a breach of contract (notice pay) of £1800. The respondent shall reimburse to the claimant £160 in respect of her issue fee.[5]The Tribunal shall copy this Judgment to the registrar of companies, there being a proposal to strike off the respondent.
