The complaint of unfair dismissal and the claim for a redundancy payment are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 1 February 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity, by 15 February 2021, to make representations showing cause why the complaint of unfair dismissal and her claim for a redundancy payment should not be struck out upon the basis that the claimant had less than two years’ service with the respondent or to request a hearing at which she may show cause.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why her claim should not be struck out nor has she requested a hearing. The complaint of unfair dismissal and her claim for a redundancy payment are therefore struck out.
