JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. No award of compensation is, however, made in circumstances where the claimant has received a statutory redundancy payment and she would, had a fair procedure been followed, have been dismissed in any event.[2]The claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages/breach of contract in respect of commission payments and holiday accrued but untaken as at the date of termination of employment fail and are dismissed.[3]The claim seeking a redundancy payment is dismissed upon the claimant’s withdrawal of it.
