[1]The correct identity of the respondent is Airmed Assistance Limited. The respondent’s name is changed from Yormed Ambulance Service Limited to Airmed Assistance Limited accordingly.[2]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,283.94 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction from wages properly payable to the claimant in respect of salary for November 2021.[4]The respondent shall pay the sum due to the claimant on or before 21 April 2022.
