[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[2]The claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal succeeds.[3]The recoupment regulations do not apply to the remedy judgment below. BY CONSENT[1]By way of remedy the respondent will pay and the claimant will accept the sum of £9663.15 in full and final settlement of remedy in these proceedings, payment to be made as follows: £4831.58 on or before 31 July 2017 and £4831.57, on or before 31 August 2017.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant sum of £1200 in respect of the Tribunal fees he has incurred in bringing these proceedings.
