REASONS

In the claim form the Claimant indicated he was claiming Unfair Dismissal and Breach of Contract (Notice Pay) as well as a Protective Award. The strike out warning was therefore issued in respect of those outstanding claims. There is still no indication that the administrators have given consent to consider these two additional claims being pursued before the Tribunal. The Judgment of the Protective Award claim is not affected.
