JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimants’ claims for holiday pay under Regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and breach of contract (notice pay) are well founded and succeed.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the First Claimant, Mr Rawson, the gross sum of £1,842.76 compensation for holiday pay plus the net sum of £462.92 damages for breach of contract. 2. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Second Claimant, Mr Burton, the gross sum of £1,232.00 compensation for holiday pay plus the net sum of £368.62 damages for breach of contract. 2. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Third Claimant, Mrs Bell, the gross sum of £862.13 compensation for holiday pay plus the net sum of £322.95 damages for breach of contract.
