JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was dismissed by the First Respondent by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £3227.49.[2]The Claimant’s claims against the First Respondent for damages for breach of contract and unauthorised deductions from wages fail and are dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s complaints against the Second Respondent fail and are dismissed.[4]The First Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant her costs of £390 in respect of the Tribunal fees incurred by her (issue and hearing fee) pursuant to Rule 76(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
