JUDGMENT
[1]The second respondent will pay to the claimant £31,876.93[2]That payment will be made in instalments so that £20,000 is paid no later than the 13th March 2017 and the balance of £11, 876.93 by the 15th April 2017.[3]In respect of compensation for failure to consult in respect of the relevant transfer, the first respondent will pay to the claimant the sum of £6923.07. That payment will be paid no later than the 15th April 2017. Both respondents will be jointly and severally liable for the reimbursement to the claimant of the issue and hearing fees he has paid (A total of £1200).
