JUDGMENT
It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that:-[1]The complaint of failure to make a reasonable adjustment succeeds and is upheld.[2]The complaint of breach of s15 Equality Act 2010 in respect of the suspension succeeds and is upheld.[3]The complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds and is upheld.[4]The Tribunal finds that compensation for unfair dismissal be reduced by 100% both by reason of Polkey and contributory fault.[5]The complaint of breach of s15 in respect of dismissal fails and is dismissed.[6]The complaint of breach of contract fails and is dismissed.
