The claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 4 February 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing to put forward grounds why the claims should not be struck out because the claimants had not replied to the Tribunal’s letter dated 22 January 2020 and because the claims have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done. Nor have they requested a hearing.[3]The claims are therefore struck out.
