JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of discrimination because of something arising in consequence of disability is dismissed.[2]The complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments succeeds only in so far as it relates to the failure to provide a suitable chair within a reasonable time.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,250.00 as compensation for injury to feelings.[4]There is liberty to apply for determination of the interest due on this sum, if this is not agreed, as this was mistakenly omitted from the considerations of the tribunal when deciding remedy.
