JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement at the termination of employment and is ordered to pay to her the gross sum of £770.44 less deductions in respect of tax and national insurance. The sum payable shall be reduced by the amount already paid to the claimant in advance of this hearing.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the additional sum of £824.00 (2 weeks’ pay) pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 (failure to provide written statement of particulars of employment).
