JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is hereby dismissed upon its withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination (failure to make a reasonable adjustment) was presented outside the applicable time limits in circumstances where the Tribunal did not consider it to be just and equitable to extend time. Such complaint is therefore dismissed due to the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The Respondent did not pursue its application for wasted costs in respect of an earlier Preliminary Hearing on the basis that Mr Davis was not acting for profit in his representation of the Claimant in these proceedings.
