[1]The claimant’s following complaints are dismissed following withdrawal by the claimant:1.1 Her contention that the respondent treated her less favourably on the ground of sex by selecting her for redundancy and dismissing her;1.2 Her complaint that the reason or the principal reason for her dismissal was a reason connected with the fact that she took maternity leave.[2]The claimant’s other complaints in this case are unaffected by this judgment.
