JUDGMENT

[1]At all relevant times the claimant met the definition of disability in the Equality Act 2010 because of anxiety/depression/PTSD and associated migraines. Notes

[1]This hearing was conducted by CVP (V- video). The parties did not object. A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable and all the issues could be dealt with by CVP. I had in front of me an agreed file of documents and the claimant’s disability impact statement.
