JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented out of time in circumstances where the Employment Judge, was satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable to have presented the claim earlier. It is reasonable to extend time to the date of presentation.[2]The complaint of unlawful deductions of wages made pursuant to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant wages in the gross sum of £3,408.[3]The complaint of breach of contract made pursuant to the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994, succeeds and the claimant is awarded the sums due of expenses, in the sum of £1501.53 Case No: 1800166/2019 and congestion charges and fines of £1,796, which are outstanding on the termination of the claimant’s employment.
