[2]In accordance with the provisions of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 the complaint for the recovery of damages for breach of contract succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant forthwith damages in the net sum of £1,398.70. Calculated as follows: i. Contractual notice period entitlement: 1 month. ii. Contract terminated without notice on 18 October 2019. iii. Notice period: 18 October 2019-18 November 2019. iv. Paid in lieu of notice until 30 October 2019 (see final pay-slip). v.
