The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 21 April 2023 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations, or to request a Hearing at which he could make them, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the Claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 24 January 2023 and 13 March 2023 the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to respond to that warning.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The Hearing listed on 16 May 2023 is cancelled.
